From an idea to a digital worker on the job.
We identify where AI can deliver value in your business, design the solution and run it for you on a subscription.
Security
Six layers that protect customer data at every stage.
Data isolation
Each customer's data is isolated at two layers. In the database, row-level security (RLS) is enabled on all tables and blocks all direct access. Within the system itself, every request is tied to the customer the key belongs to, never to the customer specified in the request.
Encrypted secrets vault
Customer API keys and other secrets are stored using AES-256-GCM envelope encryption, bound to their owner (AAD), and decrypted only in private memory while the digital worker carries out its task.
Protection against data leaks
An automated redaction engine removes keys and secrets from run history and logs before they are stored, including when they appear in base64-encoded or URL-encoded form. Data in transit is protected by TLS encryption, and the database is encrypted at rest.
Automatic filtering of personal data
Personal identifiers, such as national identification numbers, email addresses and phone numbers, are automatically filtered out before any request is sent to external AI models. External models are also disabled by default for all customers.
Multiple layers of access control
Four layers of access protection secure the management system, usage quotas apply to each customer, and every administrative action and configuration change is recorded in a traceable audit log with the identifier of the actor that performed it.
Automated security tests in CI
Every change undergoes automated attack testing of data isolation as part of the release process: 26 test suites run real cross-tenant attacks against a Postgres database and fail if an attack succeeds.
How we work
Step 01
Assessment
We start with the business itself: its workflows, its data, and where time and money are spent. From there, we assess what is worth building and what is not.
Step 02
Build
The digital worker, automation or internal system is designed and built with clear security controls and human review where appropriate.
Step 03
Implementation
The solution is integrated into the team's actual workflow so it is useful in everyday work, not just as a demonstration.
Step 04
Support
Once the solution is running, we monitor, improve and adapt it as the business changes.
Benefits
Benefit 01
Revenue growth
Faster responses and consistent follow-up that would otherwise be missed as workloads increase.
Benefit 02
Time savings
Repetitive manual tasks, such as copying, reviewing and looking up information, move from your team to digital workers.
Benefit 03
Scalability
Handle more data and enquiries without having to increase staffing at the same rate.
Examples of digital workers
OT AI digital workers are not ordinary chatbots. They carry out a defined task from start to finish and refer matters to the team when a human decision is needed. Here are nine common examples.
Finding and analysing target customers
Scans websites, news and public data to identify new B2B sales opportunities, assess prospective customers' needs and prepare tailored outreach for the sales team.
API integration with internal systems
Connects directly to accounting and business systems, such as DK, Regla, Salesforce or HubSpot, to track invoices, update customer data and create tasks automatically.
HR and employee administration
Manages onboarding, monitors internal policies and requirements, and answers employee questions using staff handbooks around the clock in an encrypted environment.
Quote and tender analysis
Reads complex tender documents and requests for quotations, compares them with internal product catalogues and prepares initial drafts of tailored proposals for sales managers.
Social media and marketing
Analyses the latest trends, creates content and publishes posts on platforms such as LinkedIn. Monitors discussions about the company and prepares responses in real time.
Quality management and incident monitoring
Reviews internal procedures, scans incident reports and feedback, classifies non-conformities and notifies the person responsible if something does not meet quality standards.
Supplier and market monitoring
Tracks price changes among suppliers and competitors, compiles weekly analyses and alerts management immediately when anomalies arise.
Personalised, automated communication
Writes professional emails and messages in clear, polished Icelandic. The digital worker can continue the conversation, answer questions and book meetings directly in the calendar.
Processing large datasets
Analyses contracts, tender documents or specialist reports hundreds of pages long in seconds, extracts key information and records the findings.
Assessment
Find where AI pays off in practice, before anyone writes a line of code.
We assess the opportunity and develop a costed plan, so you know where the investment will pay off before work begins.

Automation
Remove the manual steps between the systems you already use.
We connect your systems through API workflows so work flows automatically, without manual copying.

Internal systems
Dashboards that highlight what matters, built on your data.
Support tools and dashboards work within your own workflows, not in a separate window on the side.
